Suitable for automatic packaging of all kinds of spices, milk powder, coffee powder, fine sugar, milk tea powder, fruity powder, food additive, powdered glucose, seasoning, pesticide, health-care tea powder, washing powder etc.





Features

1. Adopt intelligent temperature controller and ensure the nice and smooth sealing

2. Imported PLC control system, servo film feeding system, interface touch screen can get mutiple functions such as counting, date printing, nitrogen charging(gas discharge), conveying etc.

3. Combined with metering equipment, full automatic packaging process including feeding, metering, bag filling, date printing and auto counting can be completed.

4. The setting and modification of packaging parameter can be done via the touch screen, more, it can save 10 different types of parameters.

5. Different Type of bag making: Can make pillow bag, punched hanging bag, mutliplecontinuous bags etc. According to customer's requests.

Remarks
1. One set bag former will make bags with only one width but different length. If you have to make bags with different width within machine acceptable range, then you have to purchase extra bag former.

2. When the machine is combined with metering equipment, full packaging process including automatic feeding, metering, bag filling, date printing ant automatic counting is completed.
